Our recruitment philosophy is based on monitored growth of our business and only hiring the skills as absolutely necessary in order to grow our business. Therefore we look at the areas that produce the most growth, compare that to our current resources in that area and recruit the skills accordingly. This may be in the form of a partime or fulltime roles or on a contract basis for specific project based roles.

Ablaze Software takes particular pride in offering work experience and internships to students who are either currently studying software enginerring degrees or post graduates looking for work. We have in the past sponsored the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Auckland to assist with developing knowledge for the future of the industry.
